Distribution and status of the seabirds
SEAPOP is constantly expanding its databases with results from the mapping and monitoring work on seabirds. To give an updated picture of the distribution and condition of seabirds in Norwegian and adjacent waters, we make tables, maps and graphs available to the public through our data portal. We present data under two themes: time series data and bird distribution data. In addition, we show data from SEATRACK.
Data and maps of seabird populations along the coast, both within and outside the breeding season, as well as the distribution of seabirds on the open sea.
Data series of the variables that are monitored for given species at key sites: population development, breeding success, survival, diet and phenology.
Data and maps of the seabirds’ migration patterns and habitat use.
